Our program utilizes Coordinated Care Management (CCM) and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) protocols which provide additional medical insight and patient care on an ongoing basis. Patients will be able to virtually consult with a healthcare provider partner and receive program-prescribed medications by mail order home delivery directly from the pharmacy partner.

Member Experience

Here’s how it works:

1) Member contacts provider partner for a virtual consultation.
2) Member pays consultation copay.
3) Provider partner writes prescription refill.
4) Pharmacy partner will waive patient Rx co-pays as an additional employee benefit.
5) Prescription filled by the pharmacy partner and mailed to the member.
